This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and asks you for nothing. Here is the short, honest version of what does happen when you visit.

No cookies

This website does not use cookies, local storage or any other means of storing information on your device. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no social media tracker and no embedded third-party content.

What is unavoidably processed

Like every website, this one is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard server logs in order to deliver pages and protect against abuse. Those logs can include:

your IP address;
the date and time of your request;
which page or file you asked for;
your browser and operating system, as reported by your browser.

This happens automatically at the server, not through anything running in your browser, and it is not used to build a profile of you or combined with anything else. The legal basis is legitimate interest in operating and securing the site.

Fonts and images are served from this site

The typefaces and all photography and video load from this website's own domain. Nothing is fetched from Google Fonts or any other third-party service, so your visit is not disclosed to anyone else in order to render the page.

Links away from here

There are links to Woke Coffee's Instagram profile and an email address. Following an Instagram link takes you to Meta's own website, where Meta's privacy policy and cookies apply, not this one. Emailing us means we hold your message and your email address for as long as we need it to reply.

Who holds it, and for how long

Woke Coffee, Carry Out Clonmel, Co. Tipperary is the data controller. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a short retention period and then deleted. Emails are kept only as long as needed to deal with what you asked about.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you can ask for a copy of any personal data held about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, object to it being processed, or ask for that processing to be restricted. Write to Woke.clonmel@gmail.com.
